Registration for the conference entitles participants to:
– Attend all the conference sessions
– Participate in the discussions
– Receive the USB including all the reports presented during the technical sessions upon arrival at the conference
– The participation kit handed out upon registration
– Morning and afternoon refreshments
To be granted the early reduced rate, registration and payment must be received on or before May 16th. After this date, the late rate is applicable.
To be granted the academic rate, a proof of full-time academic status must be sent together with the registration form.

Vice President of Power Delivery and Utilization for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). He leads the teams responsible for EPRI’s research involvingtechnologies, systems, and practices for power delivery systems from the generator to the plug. He is involved with PQ Subcommittee, Harmonics, Distribution, Intelligent Grid, and Distribution Automation within IEEE as Fellow member. He is also active in CIGRE and IEC.
Sr. Technical Executive for EPRI in Knoxville, TN. He leads the development team of OpenDSS as part of his interests in applying computer methods to Distribution System Modeling and Analysis research. He is coauthor (with M. McGranaghan and S. Santoso) of Electrical Power Systems Quality. He was elected an IEEE Fellow in 2000 for his contributions in harmonics andtransients analysis. He was the 2005 recipient of the IEEE Excellence in Distribution Engineering Award.
